Ali’s latest music video sees Rose and “The Distractions” roaming a remote beach.
This is the band’s first single and they all wanted somewhere ‘other-worldly’ in look and feel for it.
Benacre Beach offered the perfect fit, though on the cold and blustery day of the shoot, it was a close call whether the band would make it into the sea for the final scene….
Ali and Rose (formerly of The Pipettes) came up with the idea over a drink one afternoon in the pub after a hard day out shopping for vintage clothing – our guess is the band may have wished they hadn’t when the time came for their dunking!
