Dorian & Daniel
Dorian & Daniel are graduates of the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart. While there, they wrote and directed a now famous spec commercial for Johnnie Walker titled ‘Dear Brother’. To date the film has over 20 million views online.
They were included in the 2017 Saatchi & Saatchi New Directors Showcase for another spec ad; 'The ABC of Death' for Volvo. This, coupled with Johnnie Walker created a strong foundation for the pair to build on, and have since worked around the world for agencies in the UK, Australia, the US, Canada and of course their native Germany.
Samsung 'The Spider In The Window' won Dorian & Daniel 5 pencils at D&AD (including 1 Yellow); a Gold and 3 Silver at the Clios, plus 2 Golds and a Silver in Cannes.
Their work shows a comprehensive knowledge of their craft and maturity far beyond their years. They understand better than most established directors how to protect and communicate an idea.
