Frederic Planchon directs for DfT

The Department for Transport has launched a new film directed by Frederic Planchon highlighting the police force’s new powers to convict drug drivers.  Made for AMV BBDO, ‘Lights’ shows a driver heading home after a night out with some mates.  Blue lights flash into the car regularly heightening the drivers already paranoid state.

The film was shot in Manchester, creatives were Rob Messeter and Mike Crowe, TV producer was Nick Godden, it was edited by Sam Rice-Edwards at the Assembly Rooms and sound was handled by Sam Ashwell at 750mph.
